Rainey's favorite pasta

I can eat this mix for DAYS ....I love it so much!

Boil one box of penne pasta in water with salt and a few tablespoons of olive oil till done. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again. Set aside. Chop one half a red onion, and a handful of fresh cilantro. Once pasta is cooled add onion, cilantro, one can of diced tomatoes and spicy pepper mix, a few tablespoons of olive oil and fresh grated parmesan cheese. Toss and eat!
