Hi! I'm Joni from Barrow, AK

Hello! I'm Joni Edwardsen. I live in Barrow, AK. I am married to Vernon Edwardsen and we have five beautiful children. We love our Inupiat Culture and try as much as possible to stay culturally active. We love going on camping trips as a family and we also love going on simple but fun picnics down the beach. I believe it is very important to learn our native ways as much as we can because it instills good moral practices and awesome community involvement.
My children love native food - they can't go without it for too long. I'm willing to share what I know and I hope to learn new things as well. So, this forum will be great fun!
