Quick Tuna casserole
Sometimes it's just one of those days where you need something quick and filling! I'm still working on this recipe to try and get it perfect so input is appreciated!
I start by preparing a package of egg noodles, by boiling them till they are done, and draining them. Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl add noodles, two drained cans of tuna, one half an onion chopped up, one can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 1/2 cups of sour cream, a can of peas, and salt and pepper to taste. Stir and place in large baking pan. Crush a few ritz crackers, grate some cheddar cheese and sprinkle on top. Cook till cheese is melted.
