Kunitchuk cookies...

So named because just like a kunitchuk they ended up with all types of stuff in it! I LOVE oatmeal cookies so this is where I started. Then I just added a couple other things. Oatmeal cookie recipe is from the Oatmeal canister.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat together and cream 1/2 pound butter, one cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 white sugar. Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and beat well. Add combined 1 1/2 cup flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp salt. Stir in 3 cups oats, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 1/2 cup coconut flakes, and 3 tablespoons peanut butter. Drop on a cookie sheet by large spoon fulls and cook 10-12 minutes.

Those cookies look so darn good. I am going to have try these.
