Creamy baked chicken
A super easy recipe for boneless skinless chicken breasts. This recipe is for three of them. Adjust and experiement!
Heat oven to 350 In a very large and deep baking dish (I use a big rectangle cake pan) add one can of cream of mushroom soup, a can of chicken broth, half an onion chopped, a couple cloves of garlic chopped, pepper and salt to taste. Add 2 cups rice, and 3 cups water. Mix in the pan. Place the breasts on top of the rice mixture. Cover with tin foil. Place in oven and cook for about 1 hour or so, till rice is done.
You can add all types of stuff to this recipe, like celery, carrots, green onions....anything your family likes, since it's a pretty "bland" recipe.
