Rainey's caribou soup
Everyone has their own mix! this one is mine
Cube caribou and place in large pot. Add at least one bone, or some fat (I put some extra big pieces for ooruq). Fill with water till it's about 1-2 inches about meat. Place on stove and put stove on high. Add salt to taste, one bay leaf, pepper to taste, one or two cubed potatoes, one can of diced tomatoes, one can (or two fresh ones) chopped carrots, half an onion chopped, a couple of chopped garlic and heat till boiling. Add a cup or two of rice, and reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Remove bay leaf so someone won't eat it!
Enjoy!
